As part of our growth strategy, EMM is looking for a: IT Support Specialist (3rd level) Main Activities: Managing incidents and support requests for applications based on Java, Spring, Angular, and Oracle DB. Proactive monitoring and intervention to prevent issues. On-call availability for one week per month. Required Qualifications: English proficiency: C1. Advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience with Unix. Knowledge of Unix Shell. Familiarity with ITIL standards. Experience with performance monitoring systems (e. g. , Dynatrace). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Agile frameworks. Familiarity with microservices architectures. Soft Skills: Stress management. Problem solving. Clear and concise communication. Teamwork. Results-oriented. Working mode: Hybrid (32).
