We are looking for a** IT Support Specialist** to join our team in Milan.

You will aid and support for hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting staff with tech and computer challenges.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring system functionality and providing operational support to meet user needs.

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Assisting staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of hardware and software systems

- Providing daily operational and systemic support to staff

- Verifying the functionality of hardware and software components

- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and over the phone

- Assisting colleagues with computer problems and responding to their questions

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Computer and network equipment knowledge

- Understanding of computer principles and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience

- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple urgent user requests

- Knowledge of computer logic elements and familiarity with technical documentation, particularly for APIs

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines is a plus

- At least 3 years of experience in maintaining networks and computer systems

- At least 2 years of experience with current network operating systems
