As part of our growth strategy, EMM is looking for a:IT Support Specialist (3rd level)Main Activities:Managing incidents and support requests for applications based on Java, Spring, Angular, and Oracle DB. Proactive monitoring and intervention to prevent issues. On-call availability for one week per month. Required Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience with Unix. Knowledge of Unix Shell. Familiarity with ITIL standards. Experience with performance monitoring systems (e. g. , Dynatrace). Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Agile frameworks. Familiarity with microservices architectures. Soft Skills:Stress management. Problem solving. Clear and concise communication. Teamwork. Results-oriented. Working Mode:Hybrid (3+2).
