(This position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories L. 68/99) About the role As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our teams with any technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
You will also be involved in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are set up with the necessary software, accounts, and devices.
Your support will ensure that our global teams in different countries can work seamlessly and effectively.
What you will do: Provide first-level technical support to colleagues in the UK, Italy, US, and other countries via the company systems. Support new hires by setting up their accounts, devices, software, and necessary accesses. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity, providing clear and timely solutions. Collaborate with the IT team to manage and maintain company systems, ensuring they run smoothly. Install and configure hardware and software for employees, including support for Linux, Microsoft, and Apple systems. Assist with system updates, maintenance, and configuration management to ensure optimal performance. Skills you will have: Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, preferably in a global or international company. Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Linux, and common productivity software. Experience supporting both Apple and non-Apple devices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
