Regional IT Services (RITS) Southern Europe - IT Supporter

Join our "Regional Infrastructure Services" team, where your role will be to support the business, and participate in possible local or regional projects in collaboration with Infrastructure operations team.

In Regional IT Services Southern Europe, we currently employ multiple skilled IT employees spread out in more than 11 countries.

You will join a strong Regional IT team, supporting locally the DSV operations.

The location of this role is placed in our DSV head office in the country.

You will report to the Manager of in infrastructure support services in the country.

When joining the "Regional Infrastructure support" team, you will be part of a team with high ambitions.

Role & Activities:

- Local infrastructure support for 1st and 2nd line

- IT asset support

- Desktop, Laptop, thin clients and mobiles support, installation, and configuration

- Barcode scanners support and configuration (Zebra/Motorola brands)

- Label printers support, configuration, and installation

- Label printers support, configuration, and installation

- Collaboration in regional or local project related with local infrastructure support area.

- Cisco jabber support to our users

- Conference room meetings support, configuration, and installation

- Collaborate with local infrastructure infra operations team to support the business on different infra projects when it is necessary.

- Support in the day-to-day business incidents as the rest of team members of the infrastructur team

- Use the DSV ticketing tool to manage all tickets related with the IT support

- Local CCTV, Access control support to create ID-cards, provide access to users based on Managers approvals.

- Any other IT tasks related with IT support in Italy.

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent Computer Science studies.

At least 5 years' experience in similar role.

Structured and professional Communicate easily with all kinds of stakeholders Multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously Attention to detail Conflict resolution skills Experience in an international environment with strong focus on local infrastructure support Willing to travel when it is necessary to support other locations when it is not possible remotely.

Communicate fluently in English and Italian
