RINA Group is looking for an Information Technology System Specialist for its headquarters based in Genoa, Italy (Milan and Rome can be evaluated).

Main tasks:

Definition of user requirements and specific IT system requirements in cooperation with the end users and the other technical experts Support to business processes and audits linked to security and GDPR Definition of software, hardware, network, and security requirements Definition of system architecture on premises or in cloud Determination of the interoperability, dependencies, and interactions with other IT systems Ensuring that the designs are coherent across the solution and compliant with applicable standards and policies.

Planning of timeline and resources needed for project and prepare project status reports Identification and resolution of project issues Identification of any constraints from the IT system that may impact on the overall solution Technical support to company staff and troubleshooting of systemproblems

**Requirements**:

The role will require solid hands-on expertise going in especially around the technical skills required below Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT skills

5 years of work experience in IT sector

English B2 or higher Software security analysis tools (SonarQube) Identity and Access Management Tools Infrastructure and systems monitoring and troubleshooting (Dynatrace) Systems infrastructures on-premises and on cloud design, with particular attention to security aspects Server operating systems, virtualization (VMware), containerization, and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) CI / CD tools and release automation (Azure DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines) Software quality best practices (ISO27001) and GDPR ITIL foundation certification would be a plus Other IT certification would be a plus Autonomy in large and complex projects working with different IT departments Attitude to planning and control and to work in team Pragmatic thinker, objective driven, problem solving attitude Ability to work with multiple work streams Organizational sensitivity Analytical and synthetic intelligence
