Position Summary: This individual will administer our company's onsite, hosted, and cloud-based systems and resources. Primary Job Responsibilities:Monitor, maintain, install and decommission all systems companywideFollow best practices for all security aspects of companywide systemsTroubleshoot issues and outagesDevelop expertise to train staff in new technologiesAssist with Help Desk duties as neededMaintain the system for tracking all network/system documentationProvide on-call support after work hours on a team rotational basis. Perform other duties as assignedPersonal Attributes:Great attention to detailStrong analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, listening, and follow-up skillsAbility to work effectively and positively under short timelinesComfortable working at a rapid paceCapacity to solve problems independently and creativelySkills and Technical Expertise:Systems based certifications.
