Position Summary Are you a talented IS/IT Technology Expert ready to join our Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team in Milan, Italy?

We need you to guide and promote optimal use of technology within the Content and Portal product team supporting business requirements.

You will be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development, support and evolution of our Products and Product Roadmaps and Product Offerings (e. g.

preliminary studies, setting technological directions, proposing the best solutions).

A Day in the Life of a Technology Expert Provides specialist consultancy and guidance, proposing technical solutions and support that meet Business requirements for the use cases of Intranet/Portals or Knowledge/Document Management based solutionsProvides recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technologyUnderstands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating modelsAssists with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture complianceLiaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisionsWhat else will make you successful? Experience with Microsoft solutions, in particular Office 365 and SharePoint OnlineStrong understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks. Experience working in and/or managing advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives)Strong understanding of technology trends and leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) as well as the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to support new and evolving business modelsExperience with Power Platform and PowerBI is a plusExperience with working in a global environment with virtual teamsExperience with effective communication at different levels in the organizationAdaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approachOnly cvs submitted in English will be considered.
