YOUR TASKS Become a part of our IT Infrastructure unit based in Caleppio di Settala.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Expert (m/f/d) who will work for a Sun Chemical Italian branch with three sites/plants in Lombardia with the following tasks: Maintain local IT services within the boundaries of Corporate IT policies Apply Corporate policy where necessary and educate local business with regards to policy Act as a local subject matter expert for IT Fix user issues by taking a logical problem-solving approach Keep up to date with IT trends, industry standards, corporate policies, known issues, and IT assets' management CBT / self-paced learning to enhance technical abilities YOUR PROFILE Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist or completed studies in the field of IT Work experience of 3-5 years desired Experience with technologies such as Windows 7, 8. 1, and 10 and Windows server operating systems Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budgetary constraints and target dates Fluent in English as well as strong communication skills Full Driving License EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY It is Sun's policy that applicants for employment are recruited, selected, and hired on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to the position being filled.
