It Technician
Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems. We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from your users:Setting up PC workplacesInstallations, migrations, and rolloutsUser administration via Active DirectoryUser support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issuesDeal with stock / asset managementProvide support on meeting room / conferencing roomProvide smart hand support for Server and network devicesYou will assist your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach. Minimum Requirements:2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporationsFamiliarity with ticketing systemsExperience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsGood English and fluent Italian languagesAbility to build relationshipsLocation: Rome (South Rome) - fully onsiteBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
