**Role definition
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals' Wi-Fi connectivity issues and ensure seamless internet access.
- Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including but not limited to projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
- Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proficient understanding of networking concepts and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Strong technical skills in resolving meeting room appliance issues and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
- Audio video and meeting room configuration and support experience.
- Proficiency in windows/apple PC's and in android/IOS devices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service, especially when dealing with VIP clientele.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Languages: fluent in Italian and English
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Prior experience in a similar on-site support role is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT support would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at the customer's location in Milan (Italy).
