Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 7+ years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with testing automation tools and frameworks

- Strong knowledge of agile testing methodologies and practices

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing automation into the software development life cycle

- Establish and maintain quality standards, metrics, and best practices for testing automation

- Mentor and train team members on the latest testing automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies

- Drive continuous improvement of our testing processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

- Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and prioritize testing efforts

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results, and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholdersVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
