It Vendor And Productivity Office Manager
Role purpose**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Be the point of contact for all the escalations, both internal and external, related to IT Suppliers relationship
- Coordination of the tender process, being the nesting point between the Supplier, the Procurement office and Vodafone Group central team
- Vendor Strategy definitio
- Being responsible for all the negotiation related to IT contract and to IT ad hoc initiatives
- Coordination of Vendor Management and Productivity Office team
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- 3 or more years of experience in a management role in IT Governance area
- Ability to be multitasking, excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- English professional proficiency
- Excellent relational skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Knowledge of contract structure and of tender processes of IT Department
- Knowledge of IT services main KPIs definition and way of measurement
**Must have and Studies**:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Enginering or Economics master degree
