**Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as IT Specialist specialized on Workplace Area, in particular on System Center Configuration Management (SCCM), inTUNE, ONEDRIVE and Sharepoint.

You'll be involved in technical analysis and implementation of technical solutions on Customer Environment. . IYou'll have the opportunity to know different Workplace Technologies and gain knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into clients' business environment.

Moreover, the activities will expect direct interaction with Customer End User on issues related to their Laptop and to plan massive activities as SW distribution or new PC rollout.

Base knowledge on network well as on main operating system (Redhat and Windows) are appreciated.

You could work on Genova (GE)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Incident management, solving technical incidents causing delays on end user mission; Problem management, incident analysis, root cause analysis, product software installation, configuration, administration, tuning and patching; Change management, implementation of changes (configuration, deployment, installation, . . . ); Participation on the upgrade and patching planning as well as on SW Distribution activities.

;Projects, proposals/design/creation of new production environment for clients, communication and cooperation with other teams from various location.
