Ita Recruiting Junior Specialist
WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be part of the local HR Team supporting the recruiting efforts for your assigned cohorts in Italy, while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian, 7 countries) geography. You will support the recruiting activities by acting as a sparring partner to all internal stakeholders and by being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management; Partnering with the interviewers during recruiting rounds in order to ensure that the interview sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting rounds, providing an outstanding candidate experience; Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process; Taking active part in Employer Branding events, acting as point of contact with Talent Attraction & Branding team in the organization and execution of events and other initiatives; Provide punctual and timely feedback to the candidates and follow-up until their starting date; Supporting in relevant projects related to talent acquisition and beyond. The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally at an international executive search firm or in an equivalent internal function on the corporate side. Employer Branding activities will be considered a plus; Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English; Strong interpersonal and team-working skills; Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Comfortable with the use of ATS systems and report set up and running; Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and display strong attention to detail; Flexibility and ability to adapt to a work environment that has short-term shifts in priorities.
