We are seeking an ultra-skilled **Italian Chef** for an **exclusive and Michelin **awarded restaurant in **Taipei.

The restaurant is part of a worldwide hotel chain, and you will find ample opportunities to show off your skills of modern and traditional Italian cuisines.

The remuneration package is confirming the seniority and importance of the position.

- Managing the entire Italian kitchen operations

- Menu design and set the highest possible benchmark in quality and presentation

- As a "master" in Italian cuisine, prepare modern as well as traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist

- The Italian chef will also be responsible for managing smaller private functions

- Work with Front of House to develop promotions and menus

**About YOU**:

- Worked in leading Italian restaurants as Italian Chef

- Ability to manage and train a staff force

- Demonstrated management skills

- Highly developed technical skills

- Innovative with menu design in traditional & modern Italian cuisine

- Highly skilled in à la carte and presentation

- International experiences are highly regarded

**Salary**: From €5, 700. 00 per month
