Job location**:CORK, IRELAND _(relocation package available for those outside of Ireland)_

**Multinational pharmaceutical company in Cork, Ireland is looking for a **Clinical Trial Associate.

**You are**:

- accountable to ensure the investigator sites meet requirements to enrol study participants into clinical trials and support ongoing activities during site maintenance and closeout.

- responsible for obtaining clinical trial authorizations and ethical approvals, execution of the budget and contract, and activities related to clinical finance, records management and site training.

- to ensure inspection readiness through an accurate Trial Master File.

**You will need**:

- **Bachelor's degree preferably** **in a scientific or health related field**, two years clinical research experience, clinical trial or relevant experience would be an asset.

- Understanding of the overall clinical development process and the importance of efficient site initiation

- **Fluency in English and Italian**:

- Ability to learn and comply with financial and legal guidelines and policies

- Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Self-management and organisational skills.
