Starting date: August &, September 2024 Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via chat, e-mail &, calls - Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner - Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand - Assist customers to manage/secure their account &, passwords - Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts What you will bring: - Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge - Great communication skills - Prior customer support experience would be an advantage - Strong troubleshooting skills - Availability to start right away Conditions on offer: - Relocation package if required (flight + room in an apartment up to one year with utility bills included) - Monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per year (14x) - Performance bonus - Meal allowance?
