What you will be doing:

- Interact and provide service to customers via inbound phone calls in Italian language

- Communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrate empathy and the ability to de-escalate

- Leverage your strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to research information quickly

- Follow processes and procedures, log issues and solutions provided clearly and accurately

- Meet and exceed success metrics, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service and schedule adherence

- Exhibit professionalism, self manage and work independently in a fast-paced and highly-demanding customer focused environment
