Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team spirit. Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality. Collaborate with your colleagues to meet and exceed service targets. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions. RequirementsFluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with others. Ability to handle problems effectively with a positive attitude. Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new lifestyle.
