Requirements - Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) English proficiency is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service experience is a plus' but not mandatory we provide comprehensive training.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Must be eligible to work in Portugal (work permit/visa sponsorship not provided).
