Callnovo Contact Center is a 16+ years professional Canada-based global contact center.

We hire global Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

**We are currently looking to hire two Italian tech support specilists who is located in Piedmont area, Italy

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre and post-sales support; (Most Post-sales work)

- Travel to sites for inspection, test, and fixing system issues;

- Run through test procedure on units;

- Provide training to distributors and electricians.

Qualifications:

- Previous work experience in renewable energy company;

- Diploma in electrician, or electrical engineering related;

- Basic knowledge of Solar PV/inverter/battery storage;

- Good customer communication skill;

- Ability to travel on short notice;

- Keen to build a career in solar energy;

- Driver License is mandatory;

- Italian & English are mandatory, Multi-language (especially Chinese) is a plus.

Working Shift: 9 am to 5 pm Italy Time Monday to Friday

Working place: Work from Home, when we enlarge the team, all agents need to work in the office

**Salary**: €2, 200. 00 - €3, 000. 00 per month
