Role description

This freelance, remote, non-English (ITALY) IM chat support role requires professional expertise in Italy along with excellent communication skills.

As a Non-English (ITALY) IM Chat Support Specialist, you will be expected to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be an Italian local or have professional knowledge of the Italian language

- Experience in customer service, ideally in a chat support role

- Excellent communication skills

- Good typing speed and proficiency with chat support tools

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: €7. 00 - €35. 00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
