We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Language Customer Support with English to join our team in Athens, Greece.

As an Italian Language Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients.

You will be the main point of contact for our Italian customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Process orders and payments accurately.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and provide feedback to management on recurring issues.

Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs.

Requirements: Fluency in Italian and English (level B2), both written and spoken.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
