Your ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service in Italian via phone, email or chat. Support the sales team with user acquisition and servicing existing customers. Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Actively participate in training and team meetings to develop your skills. Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall delivery. RequirementsFluency in Italian (written and oral) is required. Basic knowledge of English or another language is an advantage. Interest in a customer service or sales environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Willingness to learn and develop.
