Your Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer service and tech support to Italian-speaking clients across various channels Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Guide customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they get the most out of their experience Document interactions accurately to aid in process improvement and customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall performance Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and advancements Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others Experience in customer service or tech roles is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the wonders of Greek life A desire to grow your career in a dynamic, multicultural setting!
