Italian Payroll And Implementation Specialist – Naples, Italy – Hybrid
Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an experienced Italian Implementation and Payroller of varying experience. In this operational capacity, the person in this position will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information, in addition to processing payrolls following all established statutory requirements and internal processes.
"The Italian Payroll and Implementation Specialist will be responsible for operational implementation of new payrolls and processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources and able to work collaboratively with the CloudPay global payroll operations team. "
Please submit your English CV Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:-
• Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure new payrolls are implemented onto the local payroll engine and CloudPay platform
• Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable successful set-up and configuration
• Meet with customers remotely to discuss requirements and implementation questions during the implementation cycle
• Ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations
• Importing data, collecting the necessary information for an ideal configuration of the software and personalizing the application to make it as efficient as possible according to the needs of the customer
• Providing customer support and training users
• Supporting the Payroll and Sales Teams with technical questions
• Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
• Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory authorities
• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations
• Prepare and submit statutory declarations for authorities
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc payroll reports, handle special client requests
Attributes and Experience Required:
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred
• Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.
• Knowledge of implementing Zucchetti
• Strong Italian and English language skills required
• Data analyst and Excel development skills
• Experience of Power-BI would be beneficial
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Forward thinking with the ability to plan and organise own workload
• Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
