What We Are Looking For: Proficiency in English and Italian.
Previous experience not necessary, but useful for some projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Eligibility to work in the EU.
Key Responsibilities: Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (inbound and outbound calls).
Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
Participating in ongoing learning to stay updated on product knowledge and service practices.
