The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist in Athens.

In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their airline inquiries and ensure they have a positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with a range of airline inquiries such as bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns swiftly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service systems.
Collaborate with airline partners to ensure seamless customer support.
Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and current industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Aim to meet and exceed established customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Familiarity with customer service tools and systems for tracking inquiries.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
