The House of Mercier is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Advisor for Premium Coffee Appliances to join our team in Athens.
This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will be essential in assisting our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with the knowledge and support they need regarding our premium coffee appliances. Your ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking customers regarding inquiries and issues related to premium coffee appliances. Assist customers in selecting the ideal coffee machine for their needs, offering expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations. Educate customers about the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their coffee machines to ensure optimal performance. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and patience, striving for resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Record customer interactions and feedback to improve service efficiency and product knowledge sharing. Stay informed about coffee industry trends and product advancements to offer accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and positive workplace culture. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of Greek is a plus. Previous customer service experience in retail or the kitchen appliance sector is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively. Problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction. A passion for coffee and an understanding of brewing techniques are advantageous. Proficient in using CRM software and customer care tools.
