You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Italian-speaking clientele, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience when interacting with our esteemed brand.

Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering knowledgeable guidance on our luxurious jewelry collections.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address customer queries related to products, orders, and general company information with professionalism and clarity. Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide detailed product information to assist clients in their purchasing decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements based on customer feedback. Build strong relationships with customers through personalized, attentive service. Requirements:Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is also preferred. Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a luxury retail or jewelry context, is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Interest in luxury jewelry and understanding of the luxury market are beneficial.
