Italian Speaking Customer Consultant For Automotive Industry - Remote In Greece
The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Consultant focused on the Automotive Industry, with this position being fully remote in Greece.
In this dynamic role, you will guide and support our Italian-speaking clients through their inquiries and concerns within the automotive sector.
Your exceptional communication skills and automotive knowledge will enable you to provide top-notch assistance, ensuring clients have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer consultation to Italian-speaking clients in the automotive sector via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and improve service based on customer feedback.
Foster positive relationships with clients, building trust and delivering a high standard of service.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally related to the automotive industry, is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a superior customer experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
A genuine interest in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles is highly desirable.
