Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users of our online streaming service through various communication channels. Address customer inquiries regarding account management, content availability, and technical issues. Provide clear instructions and assistance to enhance the customers' viewing experience. Document customer interactions and ensure all issues are logged in the CRM system accurately. Inform customers about new features, services, and promotions to maximize user engagement. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and advocate for improvements based on insights. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or streaming industry, is a plus. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions. Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining productivity. Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools is beneficial. A passion for streaming media, films, and shows is an advantage.
