The Job:

Part of your daily activities will be:

- Provide optimal advice regarding different questions from business customers;

- Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;

- Solving problems and providing information regarding e. g.

orders, deliveries, payments and returns;

- Providing product information;

- Assisting, by telephone or through written support, with any customer questions and concerns regarding the service;

- Escalate and forward necessary issues and questions to other departments;

- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results;
