ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing all travel-related inquiries and issues. Assist customers with flight reservations, schedule changes, and cancellations while adhering to company policies. Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a positive resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the service database. Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service efficiency. Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide up-to-date assistance. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proven problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
