ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services. Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, service bookings, and resolving issues they may encounter. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in our database. Collaborate with automotive service teams and specialists to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues. Stay informed about automotive trends, products, and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution efficiency. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and automotive knowledge. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive sector is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing customer-centric service.
