Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing a range of financial inquiries and concerns. Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and detailed product information. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive overall service experience. Accurately document customer interactions, maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with financial services teams to address complex customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed on financial products, regulations, and market trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers. Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, particularly within financial services or banking, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
