In this position as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Social Media Support, you will be the first point of contact for various customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or chat.

General Conditions: Start at the next possible date | full-time | 100% home office | Monday to Sunday from 08 am - 11 pm | Italian and English | Inbound | up to 2, 500€ gross/month.

What you will do in this role:

Handle customer inquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation. Communicate with customers via different channels (e. g. , phone, email, or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience. Address the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures, and their advertising effectiveness, offering them the right solution. Provide individual product advice that generates orders and fulfills the real needs of our customers. Document the interaction in the customer database once the customer is satisfied. Are proficient or bilingual in Italian in speech and writing. Have a good command of written and spoken English. Are service-oriented and communicative, able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly manner. Are interested in social media, online media, or digital marketing. Can flexibly cover service hours (Monday to Sunday from 08 am to 11 pm). Are confident in using a PC. Are a German resident. Can fulfill the requirements for a remote workplace. Are willing to continuously expand your skills. Ideally, you already have: Experience in customer service. A recognized qualification and experience in customer service support.
