In this position as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Social Media Support, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

Communicate with customers via different channels (e. g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience. Address customer concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures, and advertising effectiveness, offering them the right solution. Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders but also fulfills the real needs of our customers. Document the interaction in the customer database once the customer is satisfied. Your Qualifications: Proficient or bilingual in Italian in speech and writing. Good command of written and spoken English. Service-oriented and communicative, able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly manner. Interest in social media, online media, or digital marketing. Flexibility to cover service hours (Monday to Sunday from 08am-11pm) using a rotating multi-shift system. Confident in using a PC. German resident. Ability to fulfill the requirements for a remote workplace. Willingness to continuously expand your skills.
