In this engaging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our products and services.

Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order status, and other service-related questions. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently. Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations. Contribute to achieving team performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a retail or service-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
