Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the aviation sector.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to bookings' flights' and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the aviation team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay updated on aviation regulations' policies' and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Support various administrative tasks as required by the Aviation Department.
Requirements - Fluent in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service' preferably within the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
- Ability to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays if necessary.
