Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in Italian and English.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone' email' and live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with car rental bookings' modifications' and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer product and service information to customers and upsell where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
Requirements - Fluent in Italian and proficient in English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service' preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as needed.
