Join us in delivering top-notch support in the dynamic world of streaming media!ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, account settings, and content issues. Troubleshoot technical problems with streaming services and provide effective solutions. Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with technical and content teams to escalate complex issues as needed. Stay updated on the latest features, content offerings, and industry trends to provide informed customer support. Achieve performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response time. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment sector, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with streaming platforms and a passion for media and entertainment. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.
