In this role' you will be the frontline ambassador for our client's brand' offering exceptional customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers.
You will engage with customers via various communication channels' helping them navigate their telecommunications experience and resolve any inquiries or issues they may have.
This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services.
- Provide accurate information about products' services' and promotions available.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian' both spoken and written' is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts' including evenings and weekends.
