Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
