You'll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive success. Please note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!Requirements Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Understand and drive customer success goalsMonitor customer performance and uncover opportunities for growthAssist with billing, administration, and customer inquiriesCollaborate globally with internal teams to ensure seamless serviceProvide prompt, reliable, and accurate information about the products, services, and solutions to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer. Technical:Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExcellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship ManagementPrevious experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Gainsight or similar CRM platform are an advantageBehavioral:Customer centric mindsetEmpathy - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels.
