Responsibilities - Assist customers in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' related to transportation services.
- Guide users in booking transportation services' managing reservations' and addressing any questions about our service offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally' ensuring swift resolutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately' maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and their outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
