Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing thoughtful and informative responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide insights for service improvement.

Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
