Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, providing accurate information and solutions.
Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for tracking and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and align products with customer needs.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer support strategies.
Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote or online environments.
