ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients across various inquiries. Assist customers in understanding products and services, resolving issues, and addressing complaints effectively. Document all customer interactions accurately and track feedback for potential service enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights that improve customer service and product offerings. Stay current on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Foster a positive experience for customers, cultivating long-term relationships through exceptional service. RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in customer service or support roles. Strong communication skills with a customer-friendly approach. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM systems is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
